
It is the place that was expected to be discovered, left by the former owner of the house bought in 2015 in moisture and a place to store the remains of the house. Cleaned up in the evenings when I came from work or weekends when I wanted to relax, it's a year's work ... and it's just started.
Besides wine, here I store the canned recipes prepared naturally and with the care of my parents together with grandma Vica, which I still try for the dream of opening a restaurant that will bring you the authentic, seasonal tastes once combined with the new culinar trends. Pickles, tuica left to mature, peas, sauce or pepper are decorative items only for connoisseurs.
The first tasting is where my father takes care of wine to boil at the house of grandmothers in Islaz, but the official tasting takes place here, in the ambient of music played at an old pickup in background and telling the past of the wine in question.
It's a place out of the daily activities, broken by the reality above, where you can stay with the hours.
