Another year passed over Thea's wine...

June 8 is a special day, with a special tradition, which I hope will last for years and years as I proposed... at least until I'm 18 when I can clink a glass together without being considered an irresponsible parent :) :)

And like every year, besides the Thea wine that is sold only on this day, we enjoy something else together to remind us of the moment. This year I made a tart with elderberry and seasonal fruits. The first time he put his fingers in the bowl of cream to taste the goodness with elderberry syrup gathered together. And the wine, better than all made so far... And it seems that the artisanal wine also keeps very well, despite the theories that say otherwise ;).
