Costica 2018 has found its place in the bottles

As every year, the end of December is about bringing Costica the Young into the cellar....

where it becomes wiser and about bottling Costica the Wise after spending a year in the barrel of romanian oak.

Costica the Wise 2018 seems to be one of the best so far. And when another year goes by, its personality becomes more obvios.

With a peppery and dry oak wood taste, it will easily start to get the taste of berries in the next year. I can't wait to enjoy it with a steak or a special tasting.

Maybe next year we will make the launch that I have been telling for several years, with a roast of sheep prepared in the pit filled with coals. I have a feeling that in 2020 this will happen.

This year I adjusted the labels a bit, which seem to be closer to how I imagined the bottle of this wine will look like. Hope you like it too:)
