Honoring Costica for his birthday

For those who have not read the story of  Costica's wine, it was created to remind us of  my grand father Costica every day, not just at gossip or comets when we make time to remember. We will tell and talk about Costica as if he is still with us, because he was good and deserves to live forever through the next generations.

So, besides the stories and thoughts on everyone's lips and minds, on his birthday we open a special bottle of wine (I have two more bottles of the wine First Costica - production 2015 - for the next two years, and then to open Costica the Wise ) and we enjoyed it with beautiful thoughts.

This year, I tried it with a homemade prosciutto and they worked so well together that he would have been really proud of what it came out. He didn't had much teeth to eat with me, but he would have been happy.

Next year, even if it is to early, maybe we honor him at the pork cut, when I will be the first time a trainee :).
