It's the time of limes... and it's time to make a jam to keep in the pantry

It's raining outside and the smell of linden is everywhere... how can you manage to immortalize the smell of fresh linden if not through a jam or a syrup? Lime tea is also good, but as if for winter mornings when you want to start the day quietly.

I started to like jams and syrups, because you can enjoy them any morning, especially when it's hot outside. They are cool and preserve the authentic taste and smell so well... it has sugar, but I don't eat it every day to give diabetes :)... it is based on the principle of strong essences that are made in small quantities and enjoyed...

So I put it in storage in Vica's pantry and take it out to be enjoyed as it should be... why can't it be with a fresh white wine, such as Costica the Gentle...
