Pork preparation for Christmas 2019

Well, I promised to keep the traditions to build the bridge between the generations, to see the younger ones as we gathered at the pig's cut as a big holiday.
This year was no exception, so we equipped and mobilized to celebrate the poor pig, who, because of the swine fever, was brought from the neighboring village.
In the village no sound of cutting pigs, compared to other dates when in the wekend before Christmas it was heard that the people were busy with the preparation of the meal for the big day, Christmas. In addition, the pigs are not anymore raised by the villagers because it is easier to buy sliced meat from the slaughterhouse. Old people are no longer and traditions are easily lost. Even 'nea' Tomel went, who, as small and plump as he was, came to help us and drink with us a glass of "tuica".
The weather was with us, the boiled "tuica" made its appearance early in the morning, like a coffee with a special topping (but not even so special), the fresh pig skin and the ear of the pig prepared there were not missing neither from the landscape, and the pork celebration dishes were so tasty with Costica the Young that rose to the expectations already created.
Let's be healthy and do the same for the year. In fact, next year I will cut the meat. :). Well, I let my dad rest because he started to leave his back.
