As every year, the wine of the year is tasted at the pork cut, along with pork skin and ears. I can't imagine otherwise the first tasting of Costica the Young one, from a country glass, enjoying it together with the moment and the company there ...

Many do not understand how that moment can mean so much, but it is so imprinted in me, that the first mouthful of new wine I would like to go there thinking every time ... and in 50 years, if I can ...
As the autumn must combined with the sheep pastrami will dry me in those moments, so will the young wine, tasted for the first time, bring me here every time ....
Not to mention the pork alms, with tender meat, tasty and well made in lard, pickles and pleasant company ...
This year, it was a difficult year and without too many group interactions ... so, the cutting of the pig was in a small band ... I would have liked to stay longer with Nasu Cristi because I didn't have a chance, otherwise , of the house ...
It's the first time that the pork cut happens without mama Vica, being on a "forced" visit to Aunt Flori ... what to do? old age is not easy, but life goes on ... I was told about it, and it seems like more and more I want to keep these small traditions, which matter so much and give me so much energy ...
It's hard to keep the tradition ... it's like staying in the past and you don't feel like you're evolving ... but no matter how easy it is not to do them, keeping them in children's minds is something that is easily lost and it's a shame ... even I said that no matter what, we will keep the pig alms as a tradition ... even if we skip the sinister moment of slaughtering the pig, the parchment and the first piece of mice, I say it's worth it ... and attractive to children, maybe they will like it and they will want to do it too ....
It's not about food, drink or other needs, but about meeting us all and reminding us of our ancestors and nations ... that's the only way we're close to them, not buying from the supermarket and doing something on their behalf...
