As you may have noticed from all the stories about wine, we have been testing methods to make this wine an artisanal brand, presentable and with a taste that will remain imprinted in your mind. And step by step, year after year, I changed something from the opinions of those who tried, criticized or praised his qualities, contributing to its evolution. This year it seems to have reached its peak of quality through color, unmistakable and durable flavors, but also through the quality of taste, clean and correct. An artisanal wine of our century, which you should not make fun of when serving any category of person.
Like every year, my father comes to bring it to me, marking two important moments: Thea's day, where we enjoy Thea Wine together and the official tasting of Costica the Young. The tasting was done in peace, near the bench in the mouth, in the evening, soaked with the smell of the hand of the mother of the lord, discussing how to make the winery I have always dreamed of. I still have work to do to explain the shower, but here too it is about patience and showing that it is possible. I also rely on my brother who supports me and I can't wait to have a concern together that will bind us even more. Well, isn't this about the intergenerational bridge? :)
And like every year, I take it in bottles and arrange it in the cellar to calm down and start enjoying it with my loved ones. This year, I had a reliable help, Thea, who entered the cellar for the first time. She was very pleased with what she saw, especially with the spiders whose house is now clear that it is in the basement and the light as well. Well, in the cartoons with Peppa in the cellar, it's dark and she had remained mythical with this impression about the cellar.
Back to the wine, some of you may say that if I did exactly as in the book, or if I did a master's degree in the field, it would come out first, but for me it mattered the process, the evolution. Starting from the wine made by my father Costica, continued by my father, I felt the need to bring my contribution with patience, adaptability and without a too sudden change.
Costica the Young 2020, is a full-bodied wine, with a fine aroma and a dark ruby color to purple. Strong enough that you can enjoy it in peace and quiet. An artisanal wine that reminds you that country wine is also suitable for any type of event, not just at the pub or at the corner of the block.
