And if it's prepared by craftsmen like my father, then you'll lick your fingers with every kind of food.
As every year, we are tasting Costica the Young One during the traditionally and regularly preparation of the pig on Christmas Eve, portion it and put it in the freezer to last all year.
I've always said that I'm transducing the pig, but it seems that it wasn't my turn this year either :). I have the feeling that the perfectionist like my father does not let the students make mistakes even once. I hope he keeps it so that he does what he does well and my turn will come at some point because I don't leave the tradition :).
Returning to the dishes prepared from pork, from pork loin, to schnitzel, grilled neck, baked ham, jumeri, garnished meat, dried sausages, smoked bacon and others that I can list until it rains in your mouth until tomorrow, the meat bought does not really compare with that from the pig from the neighbor who raises it as naturally as he can.
But about each one in future episodes... Anyway, they go very well with Costica cel Tanar or cel Eleptet and even with an aged tuica, so let's keep tasting...
