The bridge between generations...

I started to contribute to the production of wine and even to make my own to rebuild the broken bridge between two generations and then to rebuild other bridges to the last generations and why not to the future ones. Looks like it worked out for me. And here I mean the first bridge, because if we talk about wine, there is still a long way to go, but with small steps and a clear direction, in this life something beautiful will surely come out of it. The wine came out properly, but in order to remain in time, the bridge built must be taken to the next level, in which it can become an artisanal brand, which you can find at that artisanal restaurant with dear and familiar dishes. And not for profit, just to see that there is quality wine that is not sold on hand, in 5L cans, with a story behind it and most importantly a wine made from hybrid vines, unpopular among wine specialists. But we leave the specialists with their elites and we make a place next to them with Artisanal Wines because I don't think it bothers anyone, do we? :)
The picture that accompanies these lines is about the gratitude and connection of three generations represented from 2015, through the Wine of Gratitude, until 2020 with the Costica the Young One Wine - artisanal wine.
I imagined that through my example I could give others the inspiration to find their own "tools" of reconstruction and to go back to the older generations, to remember, to tell stories, to document, so as not to forget. A community of those who remember who they are and who started them, who raised them and who suffered for us to be well now.
Every family in more developed countries has a real encyclopedia of generations and they remember their ancestors with so much respect, while we don't know how to forget them faster, move to cities and why not leave the country with shame that we were born here. It is difficult for us to maintain the lands they have sacrificed to us and we are ashamed of who our grandparents and great-grandparents were.
I sigh and it hurts, but I will ask for more help to achieve what I set out to do. I do not give up this goal, although so far I have not managed to attract readers how many likes I gathered for pictures when I post articles. Maybe because until now I was writing for myself and some good friends who still know in detail about the history of Costica wine and still follow the stories. this year I set out to write for others in order to pass on something and not to document my wine history so far.
But I dreamed of the inauguration that I kept imagining, with an event where the river Olt is flooding into the Danube, with friends who appreciate and can listen for two evenings stories about how not to forget ... of course with selected dishes, such as be the famous sheep in the pit that I kept saying I would cook but I haven't found the right time to do it so far ... but speaking of Chirila, .... .... .... of the pandemic :). But let me say that maybe this fall, after we all get vaccinated, I will be able to organize quietly;).
So, stay close and help me to help each other and rebuild the bridge between generations because I am convinced that if we do not, we will suffer the same with future generations.
