The White from '20 came home...

Last year I didn't think we would have white wine, because the grapes in the vault were so good that I thought we would eat them all :). Well, I was telling you that the vine on the vault of the house was put by my father Costica to eat the grandchildren table grapes until late. And what else do we eat white grapes, "tzatza vacii" from the vault until late October.

But it seems that my father made 50 liters to be there as every year a white wine for moms and for those who do not tolerate red wine very well. Well it can give us palpitations :). Speaking of palpitations, Thea at the table today when I said that red wine can give you palpitations and that is why white wine is recommended in summer, especially spritz, she asked me: Daddy, what are those palpitations? :))) And explain it to the girl :))).

Returning to white wine, from 2020, it came out sweet this year, bauble and very good when you make it spritz. Or maybe I haven't drunk a good spritz in a long time: P. Harvested late and made from ripe grapes, a very interesting version came out for the gentle Costica, who was normally dry.

It was tasted in the cellar, with music in the background, but not at the pickup because it doesn't work anymore. I have to fix it, because it is very difficult to taste the wine on digital music and not on the unmistakable pickup sound.

I can't wait to see its evolution and I hope it stays sweet until winter, as the pork mouse eaten with a spritz will be very good ...
